Dampfbad

Es geht um eine Sauna mit Temperaturen von 45 - 55°C und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit (bis 100%).
Zu den Wirkungen gehört allererst eine Entspannung der Muskulatur des Bewegungsapparates mit der folgenden gesamten Relaxation.
Die höhere Lufttemperatur hilft auch das Schwitzen des Körpers zu erhöhen, und dadurch entsorgt der Organismus die Schadstoffe. Weiterhin kommt es zur Stärkung des Immunsystems, der hauptsächlich nach verschiedenen schweren Infektionskrankheiten abgeschwächt ist. Die Dampfbäder wirken wohltuend auf die Regeneration der Haut.
Die empfohlene Dauer in der Dampfsauna ist 15 Minuten, danach ist es geeignet den Organismus angemessen abzukühlen - z.B. im Abkühlungsbecken oder mit der kalten Dusche und ihm einen kurzen Relax gönnen. Die Prozedur kann man mehrmals (zwei- bis dreimal) wiederholen.
